Human Computer Interaction Lab is dedicated to design, implement, and evaluate interactive computer systems that are built around the user-centered design philosophy and whose main concern is improving human satisfaction by providing a user-friendly, useful, and efficient interaction.

Affectively Intelligent Systems Lab

The main objective of the AIS lab is to understand and acknowledge the strong interface between affect and cognition in order to create intelligent computer systems that understand users' emotional states, learn their preferences and personality, and respond accordingly by also depending on the current context and application.
